Ingredients:

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • One avocado peeled and mashed
  • 2tbsp powdered sugar
  • Two eggs
  • 1tsp vanilla extracts
  • 1\2 cup Melted dark chocolate
  • Two drops of coconut oil
  • 1\2 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • Tin for baking

Method

  • Beat the eggs with powdered sugar and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl add all-purpose flour, mashed avocado, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla extracts, and sugar and eggs mixture. Beat it for a minute.
  • Now to the above mixture add melted dark chocolate, few drops of coconut oil, grated dark chocolate and chopped walnuts.
  • Now take a greased tray and pour the mixture and set it evenly.
  •  Bake the brownie for 20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup of dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1\4 cup melted coconut oil.
  • 1\4 cup of coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp of maple syrup
  • One egg
  • 1\4tsp of salt
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1\3 cup dark chocolate

Method

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler as the chocolate melts add coconut oil.
  • Take a bowl to add coconut sugar, maple syrup, and an egg. Beat it till it turns smooth.
  • Now add the melted chocolate in the same bowl.
  • Now add salt and almond flour. Whisk it for 2 minutes.
  • Add 1\3cup of dark chocolate.
  • Pour this mixture into a greased tin and bake it for 20 min at 180 degree Celsius.

Eggless Chocolate Brownies Using Coconut Sugar

Ingredients

  • One tin greased with coconut oil
  • 1\2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup of coconut sugar
  • 1\2 cup curd
  • 1\3 of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 1\2 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1\2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp of chopped walnuts

Method

  • In a bowl add coconut oil and coconut sugar. Beat it with a beater.
  • Now add curd and beat it again. Add cocoa powder, vanilla essence, whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder. Beat it all so that it combines.
  • Now add chocolate chip, chopped walnuts and mix it.
  • Now pour this batter into the greased tin.
  • Bake it for 20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
