  • Take a bowl to add two egg whites, honey and lemon zest. Whisk it for a minute.
  • Now add chopped almonds. Take a baking tray and place a parchment paper.

  • 1\4th cup of rolled oats

  • 1\4 cup of raisins

Method

  • In a bowl add a ripe banana mash it with a fork.
  • Add apple sauce, oats, raisins, and vanilla extracts. Mix it well
  • Take a baking tray and place a sheet of parchment paper and take one spoon of the cookie mixture, and pour it on the sheet.
  • You can easily make 6-8 cookies with this cookie mixture.
  • Bake and it is ready to serve

Finger Millet Cookies

              Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter low-fat butter
  •  5 tbsp of jaggery sugar
  • 50 gm of dry roasted millet powder
  • 50 gm of whole wheat flour
  • 2.5 tbsp of roasted oats    
  • 1\2 tsp of salt
  • Half tsp of baking powder
  • 1\2 tbsp of milk
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder

             Method

  • In a bowl, add butter and jaggery powder. Blend it until it turns smooth.
  • Now add dry roasted millet powder, wheat flour, roasted oats, salt baking powder, and milk. Combine everything with your hands.
  • Keep it in the fridge for about half an hour to set.
  • After the given time make small little balls with the mixture prepared.
  • Place it on a greased tray and bake it at a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. Super crunchy biscuits are ready to be served.
