Ingredients

  • Two eggs
  • 1tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp of low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1\4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1\2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1\2 cup rolled oats
  • 1\4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1\2 tsp baking soda
  • 1\2 cup chocolate chips

Method

  • In a bowl add eggs, vegetable oil, milk, honey and whisk it with a beater.
  • In another bowl add wheat flour, chopped walnuts, oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and chocolate chips.  Add the wet mixture into this dry mixture.
  • Mix it with a spatula and transfer this into molds.
  • Bake it for 15-20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.

Banana Apples And Oat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1\2 cup oat flour
  • 1\2 cup walnut flour

  • Pour this wet mixture in the dry mixture. And mix it with a spatula.
  • Now add chopped apples and one mashed banana.
  • Pour it evenly into a  greased muffin mold.
  • Bake it at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • These muffins are soft and moist to taste.

Cinnamon And Raisins Muffins

Ingredients

  • One egg
  • 1\2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1\4 cup almonds chopped
  • one-fourth cup walnuts chopped
  • 1\4 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1\4 tsp baking powder
  • 1\4 tsp cinnamon powder

Method

  • In a bowl add all the wet ingredients that are an egg, milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Whisk it until everything combines well.
  • In another bowl add oats flour, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, raisins, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and flax seeds. Mix it all. Now add the wet ingredients and mix it.
  • Pour the above batter in the muffin mold. Bake the muffins at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
