Turkey Pasta

  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole wheat pasta boiled
  • One onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup minced Turkey
  • one-fourth tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup canned tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese.
  • Method
  • In a pan add oil, chopped onions, and ground turkey. Mix it for two minutes.
  • Now add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes
  • Finally, add boiled whole wheat pasta and garnish it with mozzarella cheese.

Quinoa And Vegetables Stuffed Bell pepper


  • One tomato chopped
  • One zucchini chopped
  • One onion sliced
  • Two cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1\2 tsp salt
  • 1\4 cup of quinoa
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • 1\8 tsp chilly powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1\2 tsp of oregano
  • Two red bell peppers
  • 2tbsp grated cheese


  • Boil quinoa in 1.5 cups water. Add salt to it. Let the quinoa absorb all the water.
  • Take a pan, heat the oil and add chopped garlic. As garlic turns golden brown add onion and chopped zucchini. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Then add chopped tomato, chilly powder, salt, and pepper. Stir it for a minute. Now add oregano and give it a quick mix.
  • Finally, add the boiled quinoa to it. And mix it with the cooked veggies.
  • Slice the head of the bell pepper and remove the seeds. Bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 20 min.
  • Now add the quinoa mixture into the baked bell peppers and garnish it with grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake it again for 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.

Orange Chicken With Boiled Rice


For marinating.

  • Three chicken breasts (chopped into cubes)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/4 cornstarch

Other Ingredients-

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup of boiled rice


● For marinating add soya sauce, orange juice, cornstarch, and chopped chicken breast cubes. Mix it all and cover it with a plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

● Take a pan to add oil. When the oil is nicely heated, add the marinated chicken.

Stir fry until golden brown

● Now add orange juice, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch.

● Stir them all until thick. See to it the chicken is cooked correctly.

●Serve it with boiled rice.
