Quinoa And Vegetables Stuffed Bell pepper
- One tomato chopped
- One zucchini chopped
- One onion sliced
- Two cloves of garlic chopped
- 1\2 tsp salt
- 1\4 cup of quinoa
- 1tsp olive oil
- 1\8 tsp chilly powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1\2 tsp of oregano
- Two red bell peppers
- 2tbsp grated cheese
- Boil quinoa in 1.5 cups water. Add salt to it. Let the quinoa absorb all the water.
- Take a pan, heat the oil and add chopped garlic. As garlic turns golden brown add onion and chopped zucchini. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

- Three chicken breasts (chopped into cubes)

- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
